Tradewind is currently seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teachers to join our team for the new academic year.
The Role:
- Work within a supportive and nurturing special needs school environment, catering to the diverse needs of primary school students.
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual primary school student's abilities and learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to develop personalised learning plans and interventions.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with primary school children with SEN, preferably within a school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN profiles and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
